It says I have no insurance, why?

By law we are not allowed to lookup insurance information, that has to be done by yourself.

If you click into the insurance circle on your vehicles details screen (the "check now" button), this will show you some steps.

Step 1 is a link to the askMID insurance checker, this will tell you if you have valid insurance and which company you are insured with.

We are also not allowed to pull any dates/insurance information either, so step 2 will ask you to input your insurance renewal date manually. If you do that, then the app will show a “tick” in the insurance box and will remind you when its due for renewal.

Not as slick as we would like, but we are a good law abiding company, so we follow the rules!
