You are saying my car failed when it didn’t

Sometimes when your car goes for an MOT it will fail, but the garage will fix the failure there and then. They may not have told you as often the issues are minor, i.e. a bulb blown. They a required by law to log the fact that it failed its MOT though, even though it might pass straight after.
