Why can’t you find MOT data for my car?

We take the data in real-time from the DVSA. We will show what they do. There are a few reasons why they are not showing MOT data. The most likely is due to a cherished plate transfer taking place. On your next MOT the new registration will show the MOT history correctly.

At times the service may not show the data due to issues with the DVSA service. This is rare, and we advise to keep checking the app.

If your vehicle is based in Northern Ireland, then at present we are unable to show MOT history. The DVA are planning to release this information and at that time we will include it in our app.
