In order for our app to display information on your car it needs to be reported as a valid registration by the DVLA. In most cases this is because a user has miss-typed the Reg No, or entered a slightly different Reg No to the actual car.
A common mistake is using a zero instead of ‘O’ or vice versa or using a one instead of an ‘i’. Make sure you are typing in the exact registration of your car.
Another common problem is if your car has a recent number plate transfer for example, you’ve added a Cherished plate to it and the data providers are not yet aware of the transfer.
