Do I have to pay for add-on packs per vehicle or once for all cars?

Our add-on vehicle information is paid for on a per vehicle basis. We get charged for each vehicle and therefore have to pass this onto our users. We have kept the costs low though, so we hope it’s not too much of a problem.
